Preparation method of samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials, and relates to a preparation method of a samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: polyurethane scaffold material cleaning, surface modification, catalytic activation and electroless plating of a samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy. The preparation method has the advantages that the organic carbon overflow rate of the samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material is reduced by 99% or more; the Mohs’ hardness of the samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material can reach 7.1; the results of 180 days’ simulated body fluid corrosion tests show that the metal ion overflow ratio of the samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material is equal to or less than 1 ppm, that is, the samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane scaffold material is quite high in bio-environmental reliability. The samarium-manganese-cobalt alloy/polyurethane materials can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold material, is wide in application prospect, and has huge market potential.
