Abstract

The invention belongs to the fields of polymer materials and bio-medical engineering, and specifically relates to a preparation method of a salt-responding grafted copolymer taking chitosan as the main chain. The preparation method comprises the following steps: in the protection of inert gas or argon gas, utilizing hydroxyl groups or amino groups in the main chain of chitosan to carry out esterification reactions with bromine-containing compounds so as to convert the hydroxyl groups and amino groups into bromo groups; and taking the modified chitosan as a macro-initiator to trigger the atom transform radical polymerization of 4-(2-sulfo)-1-(4-vinyl) pyridine betaine monomers so as to form the salt-responding polymer. The salt-responding grafted copolymer taking chitosan as the main chain has a biodegradability, biocompatibility, and bioactivity, and can self-assemble in a salt solution to form stable nano micelle, so that the copolymer is widely used in fields of drug control-releasing carrier, soft tissue engineering support material, biological intelligent switch, biosensor, and the like. The synthesis method is simple and practicable, and the raw materials can all be industrially produced, so the synthesis method has a very good application and promotion value.
