Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a reparative regeneration injection based on nano adipose-derived stromal cells; the preparation method comprises: 1) extracting nano adipose-derived stromal cells, and purifying; 2) extracting platelet-rich fibrous protein precipitation, and storing; 3) preparing the injection with the nano adipose-derived stromal cells, the platelet-rich fibrous protein precipitation, tranexamic acid, vitamin C, and reduced glutathione in a certain ratio. The preparation method has the advantages that the preparation method is good in safety and reliability and significant in effect; reliable theoretical basis is provided for the application of adipose-derived stem cells in tissue engineering and regenerative medical research, and in clinical acceleration of wound repair, tissue regenerating, beauty and age defying and other treatments.
