Preparation method of praseodymium-iron-nickel alloy/polystyrene scaffold material

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials and relates to a preparation method of a praseodymium-iron-nickel alloy/polystyrene scaffold material. The preparation method includes subjecting a polystyrene scaffold material to cleaning, surface modification, catalytic activation and chemical plating of a praseodymium-iron-nickel alloy sequentially. The preparation method has the advantages that organic carbon overflow rate of the scaffold material is decreased by above 99%, Moh’s hardness thereof can reach 7.9, metal ion overflow rate is less than 1 ppm through 180 days’ human body fluid corrosion test simulation, and accordingly the scaffold material is extremely high in biological environment reliability. The praseodymium-iron-nickel alloy/polystyrene scaffold material can be used as a tissue engineering scaffold material, thereby being promising in application prospect and huge in market potential.
