Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber or flat plate blending porous diaphragms and aproduct thereof. The preparation method adopts following formula in percentage by weight and the following process, wherein the formula comprises 5 to 40 weight percent of polyvinylidene fluoride, 39 to 94.65 weight percent of thinning agents, 0.25 to 20 weight percent of blending polymers and 0.1 to 1 weight percent of antioxidants; and the process comprises the steps that: all ingredients of the blending porous diaphragm in the formula proportions are uniformly mixed and are then subjected to spinning or rolling coating at 200 to 250 DEG C, the air or water bath cooling is firstly carried out, then, the thinning agents are removed through full washing, and the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber or flat plate blending porous diaphragms can be obtained; and the full washing comprises normal-temperature ethanol washing or zero-DEG C ethanol washing and secondary ethanol washing processes. The products of the polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber or flat plate blending porous diaphragms are manufactured by adopting the porous diaphragm preparation method disclosed by the invention, have uniform three-dimensional mesh hole structures or honeycomb hole structures, have good chemical tolerance, pressure resistance and mechanical performance and can be used in the fields of water treatment, battery diaphragms, medical tissue engineering, and the like.
