Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of polylactic acid porous microspheres, belonging to the field of high polymer materials. According to the method for preparing the pore size-controllable polylactic acid porous microsphere material based on precipitation polymerization, the polylactic acid porous microspheres are prepared by taking L-lactide as a raw material, taking 1,8-diazabicyclo-undec-7-ene (DBU) as a catalyst, taking ethylene glycol as an initiator and taking ethyl acetate as a solvent; the aim of adjusting and controlling the sizes and pores of the microspheres is achieved by adding the L-lactide. The microspheres prepared by the method are simple and convenient in operation of a preparation process and easy in aftertreatment; the microspheres are uniform in particle size distribution, porous in morphology, large in specific surface area, controllable in sizes and morphology and adjustable in degree of crystallinity, thus being an ideal porous biomaterial; therefore, the porous microspheres can be used in the fields such as biological medicine carriers and tissue engineering materials.
