Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a polylactic acid and inorganic particle complex tissue engineering scaffold. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution from 25-40% of a polylactic acid and inorganic particle complex, 30-45% of polyvinyl alcohol and 25-40% of sodium hydrogen carbonate, and then spinning to obtain polylactic acid and inorganic particle complex nano fibers; treating the nano fibers in supercritical CO2 to obtain an intermediate product by controlling treatment pressure and treatment temperature; and leaching the obtained intermediate product in a circulating water bath, and then performing vacuum drying to obtain a tissue engineering scaffold of a porous material of which the porosity reaches 68-74.0%, the cell size is 20-200 microns, and the size of an internal interconnected passage is about 20-200 microns. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, crosslinking and fusion can be completed between fibers at a relatively low temperature without adopting a solvent, a crosslinking agent and the like, and cytotoxicity cannot be generated.
