Abstract

The invention discloses a polyimide nanofiber membrane coated with a zirconium dioxide nanolayer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: preparing a polyimide nanofiber membrane through an electrospinning method, treating the polyimide nanofiber membrane through an organic zirconium salt solution, fully immersing the polyimide nanofiber membrane in deionized water and carrying out thermal treatment so that the organic zirconium salt is fully hydrolyzed to form a zirconium dioxide nanolayer structure on the surface of the fiber. The preparation method has simple processes and high coating efficiency, can be widely used in the fields of tissue engineering scaffolds, drug sustained-release materials, sensors, catalysis, filter materials and battery diaphragms and has a good development prospect.
