Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a poly(butylene succinate)/cellulose nanocrystalline composite microcellular foaming material with a bimodal open-pore structure, and solves the technical problems of single-peak distribution, low aperture ratio, large limitation and the like in conventional foam material preparation methods. The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting and mixing poly(butylene succinate) and cellulose nanocrystals to obtain a composite material, pressing the composite material into sheets, and saturating the sheets in supercritical carbon dioxide at a temperature of 110 DEG C and a pressure of 22 MPa for 2 h; carrying out rapid cooling to 85 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 10 min; reducing pressure to 16-20 MPa within 5-15 s, andmaintaining the pressure for 10 min; and quickly releasing the pressure within 2 s and carrying out cooling to normal temperature after the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure so as to finallyobtain the poly(butylene succinate)/cellulose nanocrystalline composite foaming material with the bimodal open-pore structure. The produced material is green, environment-friendly, safe and non-toxic; the preparation method and equipment are simple; and the obtained material has high aperture ratio, good hydrophilicity and bimodal cell morphology, and is beneficial for expanding the application of the material in the field of tissue engineering scaffolds.
