Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a platelet-rich-fibrin membrane (PRF) and belongs to the technical field of bio-materials and tissue engineering. A non-anticoagulant blood sample is adopted for the PRF, after centrifugal operation is carried out for 10-30 min through a centrifuge of 1,000-3,000 r/min, a red blood cell layer of a centrifuged product is sheared off at the position, 1-3 mm deviating from red blood cells, of a red blood cell PRF juncture, supernate is poured, obtained PRG gel is placed in an injector with a needle and a nipple part removed, the injector abuts against multi-layer gauze to slowly carry out pressurization, and the PRF is fully dehydrated. The PRF is compact in three-dimensional structure and complete in dehydration, growth factors of the PRF are released slowly and permanently, the PRF is an ideal growth factor source in hard and soft tissue regeneration surgery, when the PRF is implanted in the body within 4 weeks, relative stability of the membrane structure is kept while the growth factors are slowly released, the PRF has the potential of serving as a GBR operation area shielding membrane, and closed osteogenesis space can be continuously isolated for a GBR operation area.
