Thepreparation technology is simple, the cost is low, degree of substitution of hydrophobic groups is controllable, and the preparation is safe and free of toxic and side effects; the synthesized hydroxybutyl/deoxycholic acid chitosan nano-particles have pH-temperature dual-sensitivity, are controllable in sensitivity and have good research and development prospects in the fields of biological medicine, tissue engineering and the like.
