Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a new biomaterial based on lactoferrin activity. The lactoferrin having osteogenic activity is applied to the bone tissue engineering field as a new bone growth factor, so the problems of difficult obtaining and high prices of various bone growth factor are solved. Lactoferrin is loaded on a hydroxyapatite/collagen implant material, and the interaction between the lactoferrin and hydroxyapatite/collagen composite material is used to realize the slow release of the lactoferrin and solve the problem of short half-life of the supported growth factor. The osteogenic activity of the hydroxyapatite/collagen implant material is improved to a certain degree, and the problem of low bioactivity of a single biomaterial is solved.
