Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing chitosan nano fibers by virtue of electrostatic spinning; then, packaging by using hyaluronic acid; finally, drying to obtain the post-operation anti-adhesion film. The preparation method of the neurosurgery post-operation anti-adhesion film, disclosed by the invention, not only can be used for effectively preventing post-operation tissues from adhesion, but also can be used for reducing the residence time of chitosan in a body, so that side effects are reduced, and meanwhile, a hyaluronic acid solution is used and can be used for promoting the post-operation anti-adhesion effect of the chitosan.
