Abstract

Degumming treatment is conducted on natural spider silk by means of a sodium hydroxide solution, after freeze drying is conducted on the natural spider silk subjected to degumming treatment, a formic acid solution is added for dissolution under heating in a water bath, then the spider silk protein bio-ink is prepared from gelatinous precipitate obtained through multiple centrifugation, and the spider silk protein bio-ink is used for 3D printing forming to obtain a tissue engineering scaffold. The preparation method is simple, the obtained spider silk protein bio-ink has good rheological property, the 3D-printed spider silk protein tissue engineering scaffold can be prepared through cooperation of the spider silkprotein bio-ink and a certain printing strategy, and the 3D-printed spider silk protein tissue engineering scaffold has good cytocompatibility, and is expected to be an ideal tissue engineering scaffold so that the personalized requirements of current medical implantation materials can be met.
