According to the preparation method, the preparation process is simple and easy to perform, the operation is convenient, the preparation technology is controllable, pollution does not exist, and the cost is low.The prepared nanogold-cellulose nanometer complex is high in purity, uniform in size and good in dispersity, can be used for preparing an aerogel nano material for catalysis and adsorption or servingas a support material to efficiently bear living cells, and a sensitive electrochemistry sensing network is formed through nano-gold networking, so that the nanogold-cellulose nanometer complex can serve as a biochemical sensing matrix and a tissue engineering scaffold material for constructing and sensing artificial tissue such as a bionic retina.
