23 Jul Preparation method of nanocellulose/polylactic acid in-situ composite porous scaffold
Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering scaffold preparation, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a nanocellulose/polylactic acid in-situ composite porous scaffold. The method comprises the following steps that a nanocellulose aqueous suspension and lactic acid are taken as raw materials, and a nanocellulose/polylactic acid in-situ composite polymer is prepared through an in-situ polymerization method; the nanocellulose/polylactic acid in-situ composite polymer is added into dioxane/water mixed solvent, and even dispersion is conducted through an ultrasonic wave; the mixture is poured into a mold, and the nanocellulose/polylactic acid in-situ composite porous scaffold is obtained through freezing, vacuum drying and demolding. The dispersity of nanocellulose in the porous scaffold is good, chemical bond combination exists between the nanocellulose and a polylactic acid matrix, the compatibility of the interfaces of the nanocellulose and the polylactic acid matrix is greatly strengthened, and the mechanical property of the scaffold can be obviously improved.
