23 Jul Preparation method of nano-fiber tissue engineering scaffold supporting kartogenin
Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-fiber tissue engineering scaffold supporting kartogenin. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) dissolving a fish collagen protein and polylactic acid-polycaprolactone blend in a solvent, stirring the solution until the components are completely dissolved to obtain a skin layer electrostatic spinning solution; 2) diluting a kartogenin mother liquid, which is dissolved in DMSO, with a polylactic acid-polycaprolactone solution, and uniformly stirring the kartogenin mother liquid to prepare a core layer electrostatic spinning solution; and 3) respectively filling injectors with the skin layer electrostatic spinning solution and the core layer electrostatic spinning solution and performing coaxial electrostatic spinning, and performing fumigation and vacuum drying to obtain the nano-fiber tissue engineering scaffold supporting kartogenin. Through the coaxial electrostatic spinning method, the nano-fiber tissue engineering scaffold has good biocompatibility and can slowly release the kartogenin for long period, wherein the kartogenin can selectively induce stem cell differentiation into cartilage cells for promoting generation of cartilage.
