Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing a nanometer carbapatite/chitosan-polylactic acid bony tissue engineering frame material. The technical proposal comprises that: glacial acetic acid and a small amount of water are used as a cosolvent of the polylactic acid and the chitosan to prepare a co-solution of the polylactic acid and the chitosan, and the powdery nanometer carbapatite is added into the co-solution of the polylactic acid and the chitosan; and the mixture is added with NaOH solution for phase separation forming to prepare the nanometer carbapatite/chitosan-polylactic acid porous compound frame material. The method is characterized in that: three kinds of matters of the polylactic acid, the chitosan and the nanometer carbapatite are in one-time formation, thereby avoiding the use of poisonous solvents and having the simple preparation process; and the prepared nanometer carbapatite is short stick-shaped, and good in dispersibility, the length of the nanometer carbapatite is between 50 and 80nm, the mass percentage of the carbonic acid radical is 8.9 percent, the yield is 90 percent, the porosity is 80 to 88 percent, the pore size is between 100 and 800 mu m, and the prepared nanometer carbapatite has better biocompatibility.
