Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering. A polyhydroxyalkanoate nano fiber stent limits application to the tissue engineering due to low hydrophilcity. To solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of a modified polyhydroxyalkanoate composite fiber stent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out electrostaticspinning on a mixed solution of PHA, gelatin and hydroxyapatite to prepare a PHA composite fiber stent, and grafting glycidyl methacrylate to the surface of the PHA composite fiber stent through ultraviolet light curing reaction to obtain the modified PHA composite fiber stent. The hydrophilcity of the PHA composite fiber stent prepared through the method disclosed by the invention is improved, and the stent has a wide application prospect in the field of the tissue engineering.
