Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a meniscal scaffold. The meniscal scaffold is prepared from demineralized cortical bones of animals. The preparation method comprises the preparation steps as follows: pretreatment of animal femur or tibia, cutting into sections, decalcification, fixing, freeze drying, finishing of bone sections. The preparation method further comprises a step of hydration of the meniscal scaffold through a BMP-4 hydration solution. The meniscal scaffold after hydration can be applied to a tissue engineering meniscus transplantation process, the method has the advantages of easily available materials, a few steps and high preparation success rate, meniscus cells can grow into bone pores of the scaffold in the meniscus transplantation process, the transplantation success rate is increased, and the method has good industrial application prospect.
