Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a light-cured biological ink. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a sulfhydrylated water-soluble polymer in an aqueous solution to form a sulfhydrylated water-soluble polymer solution, thereby obtaining a solution A; (2) dissolving a water-soluble polymer grafted with double bonds in an aqueous solution to form a water-soluble polymer solution grafted with double bonds, thereby obtaining a solution B; (3) uniformly mixing and stirring the solution A and the solution B, and adding an additive and a photoinitiator toobtain a solution C; (4) transferring the solution C into a 3D printer for printing, and curing the solution C under the irradiation of an ultraviolet light source. The hydrogel finally formed by thesulfhydrylated water-soluble polymer and the double bond grafted water-soluble polymer has good biocompatibility; besides a traditional extrusion type 3D biological printing mode, a tissue engineering scaffold with a complex structure can be formed in a DLP or SLA printing mode, and the tissue engineering scaffold is used for the field of scientific research or medicine.
