Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of intelligent polymer microspheres with a CO2 stimulating response. The intelligent polymer microspheres are prepared by polymerizing tertiary amine group or amidino-containing CO2 response type monomer and a water-soluble monomer. Under the stimulation of CO2, the water absorption rate of the microspheres can be increased by 10 times or more, and the diameter of each microsphere can be increased by 1 time or more; N2 or air is fed to discharge the CO2, and then the microspheres are dewatered and shrunk; by alternate feeding of the CO2 and the N2, the intelligent polymer microspheres have reversible water absorption swelling and dewatering shrinking performance. The intelligent polymer microspheres with the CO2 stimulating response have actual application value in the fields of drug controllable release carriers, tissue engineering, environmental pollution treatment, oil exploitation and the like.
