Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrophilic polylactic acid porous scaffold material and belongs to the field of high molecular material porous scaffolds. The scaffold material comprises the following raw materials: polylactic acid, biodegradable aliphatic polyester and a hydrophilic high polymer. The method comprises the steps of plastifying and uniformly mixing the raw materials according to a melt blending method, performing mold pressing to form a parison in a certain shape, putting the parison in an autoclave, soaking the parison under the conditions of a certain soakingtemperature and soaking pressure via a physical foaming agent for a period of time till the parison is in a saturated state, lowering the temperature to the foaming temperature, releasing the pressure quickly and performing cooling and shaping to form the hydrophilic polylactic acid porous scaffold material. The scaffold material is high in porosity, high in pore communication, good in hydrophilicity and adjustable in degradation rate and can be applied to the field of tissue engineering scaffolds.
