Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine tissue engineering, and discloses a preparation method of a hydrogel composite biological patch for repairing abdominal-wall defects. According to the preparation method, powder of pig derma after extracellular matrix removal and gelatin are used as biomaterials, mold casting and an enzyme promoting cross-linking shaping technology are used, and the composite hydrogel biological patch is prepared. According to the preparation technology disclosed by the invention, biomaterials of the powder of the pig derma after extracellular matrixremoval and the gelatin are mixed to prepare the patch, so that the hydrogel patch shows excellent biocompatibility, the biological mechanics characteristics of the hydrogel patch are strengthened, and the defects of conventional patches prepared from homogenous materials are solved. Besides, the preparation process is simple, and desired materials are easy to obtain. The composite biological patch bracket prepared by the preparation method contains a pre-vascularization passage, exchange of oxygen and nutrient substances and discharge of metabolic waste are facilitated, and vascularization speed of tissue is accelerated; and in addition, a perforated passage structure contributes to growth in of cells and tissue in the bracket, the reconstruction of abdominal wall tissue can be accelerated, breaking through technical bottlenecks existing in the biological patches is facilitated, and the treatment effects of repairing the abdominal-wall defects can be effectively improved.
