Abstract
The present invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrogel based on a polyamide-amine dendritic molecule, the method is as follows: a first hydrogel factor and a second hydrogel factor are added into water and / or a phosphate buffer solution, after even mixing, an oxidizing agent is added to obtain a high strength good-biocompatibility degradable hydrogel, wherein the first hydrogel factor is obtained by modifying 8-arm polyethylene glycol in which sulfydryl is modified by dopamine, and the second hydrogel factor is obtained on the basis of the polyamide-amine dendritic molecule. The hydrogel can be applied in tissue engineering such as cartilage repair. The hydrogel prepared by the preparation method has stable swelling ratio, controllable degradation rate and strong mechanical properties, and the preparation method is simple and convenient and is easy to control, the whole cross-linking process is quick and safe, and production operation control and promotion can be facilitated.
