Abstract

The preparation method of the stent material comprises steps of cleaning a polysiloxane stent material, conducting surface modification, conducting catalytic activation and chemically plating holmium-tungsten-cobalt alloy. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the organic carbon spillover rate of the stent material is reduced by more than 99% and Mohs hardness can reach 7.9 or above, and based upon a human body fluid corrosion simulating test for 180 days, a metal ion spillover rate is less than 1ppm, showing that the material is quite high in biological environment reliability. The holmium-tungsten-cobalt alloy/polysiloxane stent material is applicable to tissue engineering stent materials, and the holmium-tungsten-cobalt alloy/polysiloxane stent material is clear in application prospect and huge in market potential.
