Preparation method of hollow tubular tissue engineering scaffold

Abstract

Belonging to the field of tissue engineering, the invention particularly relates to a preparation method of a hollow tubular tissue engineering scaffold that is degradable and is required by tissue engineering and slow release drugs. The preparation method provided in the invention includes: employing a self-made mold, ”fixing” sodium alginate on a central core column of the mold, then injecting a chitosan solution to carry out slow crosslinking, after the crosslinking, air drying the core column at room temperature, and performing treatment by a glutaraldehyde sodium hydroxide solution, thus obtaining the hollow tubular scaffold material. The method disclosed in the invention has a simple process and is easy to operate. The tubular wall thickness, length, inner wall and outer wall diameters of the scaffold material can be realized by changing the mold size. With certain degradability, biocompatibility and slow release effect, the material has good application prospects in the field of tissue engineering.
