Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of high-strength physical chitosan hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving chitosan by using a kind of waterborne solvents at low temperature to obtain a chitosan water solution with temperature sensitivity; gelatinizing the chitosan water solution under the heating condition to form one-component physical chitosan hydrogel; removing inorganic components in the gel through dialysis so that the gel strength is greatly improved, thus obtaining high-strength physical chitosan gel. The compression strength of the chitosan hydrogel prepared by the method can reach the megapascal level. The preparation method is simple and practicable, and the gel in different shapes and dimensions can be obtained by utilizing dies. As crosslinking agents are not used at all, the obtained chitosan hydrogel can be completely biodegraded. The prepared high-strength physical chitosan hydrogel can be used in the fields of wound dressing, tissue engineering, sewage treatment and the like.
