Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a graphene quantum dot and calcium carbonate composite microsphere. The method comprises the steps that 1, graphene quantum dots and a calcium salt solution and dimethyl carbonate are mixed; 2, water bath heating is conducted at 20-22 DEG C, and stirring is conducted for 1-5 min; 3, a sodium hydroxide solution is added in a mixed solution in step 2 ,stirring is conducted for 30 s, and standing is conducted; 4, suction filtration is conducted, washing is conducted with absolute ethyl alcohol, a product is washed into a centrifuge tube from a filter membrane with absolute ethyl alcohol, vacuum drying is conducted at 30-80 DEG C for 24 h, and then the graphene quantum dot and calcium carbonate composite microsphere is obtained. The particle sizerange of the prepared hollow calcium carbonate microsphere is about 100-500 nm, the microsphere has a hollow structure, a solid structure, the huge specific surface area and good cytocompatibility, and the microsphere can be prepared into a drug carrier or a human tissue engineering scaffold and applied to the medical field of bone tissue.
