Abstract
A preparation method of a gamma-polyglutamic pullulan nanometer fiber film of a load drug comprises the following steps: after being prepared into a solution having a certain concentration, uniformly mixing polyglutamic acid and pullulan according to a certain proportion as a spinning solution for electrostatic spinning; then loading a inflammatory drug by glutaraldehyde to form a nanometer fiber film of the load drug having a net structure. The nanometer fiber film of the load drug is characterized in biodegradation, biocompatibility, anti-inflammation, or the like; and the nanometer fiber film of the load drug can be widely applied to the fields such as medical accessories. Being provided with a nanometer net structure, a water-retaining property and a certain mechanical strength, the prepared nanometer fiber is widely applied in the fields of biological materials and tissue engineering. The polyglutamic acid and the pullulan in the raw materials are biologically compatible, degradable, green and pollution-free. The loaded erythrocin drug can increase the antisepsis and anti-inflammation effect of the nanometer fiber.
