Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method which improves the osteogenic capability of a forsterite-based bone scaffold according to the excellent bone bonding performance of nano 58S biological glass and improves the mechanical property of the forsterite-based bone scaffold according to the excellent mechanical property of four-foot needle type zinc oxide whiskers in a process of preparing the bone scaffold by taking selective laser sintering as a process so as to prepare the forsterite-based bone scaffold with excellent comprehensive performance by aiming at the shortcoming that forsterite can only be used in low-load bone repairing due to low calcium-phosphorus layer forming capability, incapability of close combination with bone tissues and high fragility.
