23 Jul Preparation method of flexible nano-electrode, and application of flexible nano-electrode in promotion of growth of ocular trigeminal nerve cells
Abstract
The invention belongs to the fields of nano-biomaterials and tissue engineering, and discloses a preparation method of a flexible nano-electrode, and an application of the flexible nano-electrode in promotion of the growth of ocular trigeminal nerve cells. A conductive polymer (such as aniline) monomer and flake graphite are blended and ball-milled by a simple edge functionalization ball milling process to prepare a polyaniline-functionalized graphene nanomaterial in one step, and the surface of a plasma-treated ITO-PET film is uniformly coated with a dispersion of the nano-material to obtainthe flexible nano-electrode. The prepared nano-electrode is applied to the adhesion growth of corneal trigeminal nerve cells, and after a certain electric field is applied, the length of neuron cell axons is increased by 60%. Experimental results confirm that the application of the electric field stimulating the flexible nano-electrode greatly improves the regeneration ability of nerve cells. Theelectrode has a good mechanical flexibility and a good optical transparency, and is expected to be used for the development and application of intraocular devices.
