Preparation method of FK506 slow-release film for repairing nerve damage

Abstract

The invention relates to the fields such as chemistry, biomedical materials, tissue engineering, and the like, in particular to a method for preparing a sustained release film with the function of sustained release on FK506 by taking sodium alginate and chitosan as the main materials. The film can be used for repairing nerve or spinal cord injuries in a body. The preparation method of the sustained release film is as follows: the FK506 is dissolved in ethanol liquid, then the FK506 ethanol liquid is mixed with sodium alginate liquid; and the mixed liquid is interlinked with chitosan liquid, thus causing the mixed liquid to form spherical sol; then the spherical sol is collected by filtration and pressed into film shape structure and aired and processed, thus forming the film with the function of sustained release on FK506. The film is simple in preparation technique and is easy to be operated; moreover, the sustained release effect of the film can be realized by changing the preparation technique and selecting materials.
