Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a fibroin/nano SiO2 blending membrane, which adopts silk fibroin obtained from back silk gland of domestic silkworms and nano SiO2 as materials. The silk fibroin of posterior division of silkgland of domestic silkworms has the advantage of low immunogenicity; simultaneously, the parameters of swelling capacity, hot water solubility, moisture vapor transmission rate and the like of the blending membrane prepared by adopting the menthod can be adjusted according to the blending proportion of the two materials; the inner structure is stable at the temperature of 30 to 160 DEG C; the tolerance of the blending membrane to the physiological saline is ideal; therefore, the membrane can be taken as a novel tissue engineering material which has wide application prospect.
