23 Jul Preparation method of fibroin-compounded fluorapatite whisker-reinforced biological ceramics
Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of fibroin-compounded fluorapatite whisker in-situ reinforced porous beta-tricalcium phosphate biological ceramics, and belongs to the technical field of biological ceramic preparation. The invention is characterized in that raw materials of beta-tricalcium phosphate, bioglass, and ammonium fluoride (or fluorine salts such as sodium fluoride and the like) are weighed according to a mass ratio of (65-85):(10-30):(0.25-1.5); a high temperature solid phase reaction is carried out to obtain the high-strength fluorapatite whisker in-situ reinforced beta-tricalcium phosphate porous biological ceramics; and fibroin is compounded at ends of the biological ceramics. The invention has the advantages that the biological ceramics are toughened and the strength of the matrix is enhanced by the introduction of fluorapatite whiskers; fibroin can improve biocompatibility, and is mainly applicable to the field of tissue engineering repair of bones at bearing parts or other parts.
