Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of fibrin micro-structured compound heart patches. The preparation method mainly comprises three steps of preparation of fibrin microfilaments, formation of fibrin microfilament tissues, and production of a compound layer and tissue culture. According to the heart patches prepared by the method disclosed by the invention, the fibrin microfilaments and fibrin-based hydrogel are strategically combined to generate the compound layer; the implantable multilayered heart patches developed by fibrin compound material layers are easily integrated with peripheral tissues, have mechanical and functional properties similar with natural cardiac muscle and can be fused with the natural cardiac muscle; the compound heart patches support cell contractibility and promote cell orientation, so that the regeneration of damaged cardiac muscular tissues of ventricles and the physiological correlated contractibility are promoted; certain limitations that a traditional heart engineering stent has a poor fusion effect with the natural cardiac muscle in aspects of functions and mechanical properties in a utilization process and the like are avoided.
