Abstract
The invention discloses a receiver used for electrostatic spinning. The receiver comprises a concave casing, and a plurality of metal needles are distributed on the inner surface of the casing; the casing is made of an insulation material. The invention further discloses an electrostatic spinning device of the receiver. The invention further discloses a preparation method of a three-dimensional nano fiber structure with hierarchical pores. The method comprises the following steps that (1) polycaprolactone is dissolved in a solvent, and a uniform bubble-free spinning solution is obtained after stirring and standing; (2) the spinning solution obtained in the step (1) is placed in an injector, electrostatic spinning is performed, and the three-dimensional nano fiber structure with the hierarchical pores is prepared. According to the preparation method of the electrostatic spinning receiver, the electrostatic spinning device and the three-dimensional nano fiber structure with the hierarchical pores, the two-dimensional plane limit existing when the electrostatic spinning technology is applied to a tissue engineering scaffold is effectively solved, and the obtained hierarchical pore structure can not only have the effect of supporting cell growth but also is favorable for cells to enter the scaffold successfully.
