Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of elastic porous chitosan sponge. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving fatty aldehyde in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a crosslinking agent solution, then soaking blank chitosan sponge into the crosslinking agent solution, taking out the chitosan sponge after a crosslinking reaction, repeatedly washing the chitosan sponge for multiple times by using absolute ethyl alcohol to clear away the crosslinking agent residual on the surface, and air drying the chitosan sponge at room temperature to obtain the elastic porous chitosan sponge. The method provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: avoiding the defects of collapse and reduced volume of the chitosan sponge after being soaked in an alkali, avoiding the generation of a large amount of wastewater pollution, and ensuring the biosecurity of the sponge in human body; the porous chitosan sponge prepared from the method provided by the invention has elasticity, and the porous chitosan sponge has a broad application prospect in the field of porous scaffolds of tissue engineering due to this property.
