Abstract

The invention takes fibronectin (FN) and a transforming growth factor-beta3 (TGF-beta3) as templates, takes acrylamide and sodium alginate as functional monomers, takes N,N-methylene bisacrylamide andcalcium chloride as cross-linking agents to prepare double-template molecular imprinting polyacrylamide/calcium alginate/calcium silicate@SiO2 high-strength hydrogel promoting conglutination, proliferation and cartilage differentiation of stem cells aiming at the problems that the stem cells are not liable to be adhered to and proliferate on the surface of the hydrogel, the growth factors are liable to be burst and released and lose activity, a tissue engineering scaffold is difficult to continuously induce cartilage differentiation. More FN is adsorbed to promote stem cell conglutination andproliferation through imprinting holes and locus constructed by the FN templates. After the imprinting holes and the locus constructed by the TGF-beta3 templates are combined with TGF-beta3, controlled releasing of TGF-beta3 is achieved, the activity of TGF-beta3 is protected, and stem cell cartilage differentiation is promoted. The double-template molecular imprinting high-strength hydrogel capable of inducing stem cell cartilage differentiation is obtained.
