Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of DNA-polymer hollow microspheres. The preparation method of the DNA-polymer hollow microspheres comprises the steps that firstly, a photo-induced controllable free-radical polymerization method is utilized to prepare poly N-isopropylacrylamide (PNIPAAm); secondly, hexamethylene diamine, DNA and EDC react to prepare amino DNA; the amino DNA and a Traut’s Reagent react to obtain sulf-hydrylized DNA; the sulf-hydrylized DNA and the PNIPAAm react to prepare a DNA-poly N-isopropylacrylamide coupling body; finally, a co-emulsifier, an emulsifying agent, the DNA-poly N-isopropylacrylamide coupling body, a buffer solution and an oil phase are mixed according to certain proportion and then are oscillated to prepare the DNA-poly (DNA-PNIPAAm) hollow microspheres. The synthesis steps of the preparation method are simple and convenient to operate, and the size of the microspheres can be changed by changing processing conditions. In addition, the microspheres have better biocompatibility themselves and have wide application prospect on the aspects of tissue engineering materials, sustained drug release, feature beautifying and the like.
