Abstract
The invention discloses preparation and application of a dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate enhanced acryloyl PGS nanofiber membrane material. The material is used for a biological tissue engineering scaffold material. The material adopts acryloyl PGS and DMAEMA as raw materials; the preparation method comprises the steps that at first, polyethylene glycol glyceride is modified, then, a double bond (PGS-A) is connected to a PGS prepolymer, PGS-A and DMAEMA monomers are mixed, electrospinning is performed under the effect of a polylactic acid spinning aid to prepare nano-fiber, and finally PGS-A/DMEAMA fiber is solidified and molded through photo-polymerization. The electrostatic spinning and photo-polymerization technology are combined, the technology is simple and easy to control, the prepared nano-fiber membrane material is large in specific surface area, the flexibility is good, the tensile strength is high, and the important role is played in enhancing the PGS nano-fiber support material.
