Abstract

The preparation method comprises following steps: an alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid is prepared, wherein a sodium hyaluronate alkaline aqueous solution with a concentration of 10 to 30%g/ml is prepared, and crosslinking reaction is carried out, in the crosslinking reaction, divinyl sulfone or 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether is taken as a crosslinking agent, the crosslinking reaction is carried out in the alkaline aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid, crosslinking reaction temperature is controlled to be 20 to 40 DEG C, and crosslinking reaction time is controlled to be 4 to 8h. The raw materials are easily available; the reaction conditions are mild; the crosslinking rate is high; technologyand post-treatment are simple; operation is convenient; the crosslinked sodium hyaluronate obtained through crosslinking reaction possesses a three-dimensional net structure, and excellent mechanicalproperty and mechanical properties, and can be taken as a preferable drug carrier and a tissue engineering scaffold material.
