Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a core-shell structure, namely, a biological brick for biological printing (such as 3D biological printing) and tissue engineering. The method comprises the steps as follows: a) providing a hydrophobic surface, preferably, a super-hydrophobic surface; b) dropping a core material solution to the hydrophobic surface in step a) to form a droplet so as to obtain a core-shell structure on the innermost side; c) optionally, dropping the core material solution to the formed droplet surface to obtain another core-shell structure; d) optionally, dropping a wall material solution to the formed droplet surface to obtain a shell structure; e) optionally, repeating step c) and/or step d) one or more times or alternately performing step c) and step d) one or more times; f) dropping the wall material solution to the formed droplet surface to obtain a shell structure on the outermost side, wherein the core material or wall material contained in each core or shell is selected independently.
