Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a controlled-release tissue engineering membrane carrying TGF-beta3. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a chitosan asymmetric membrane; (2) preparing a chitosan microsphere; and (3) preparing a chitosan controlled-release membrane carrying TGF-beta3. The controlled-release tissue engineering membrane carrying TGF-beta3 can achieve a good controlled-release effect, can release TGF-beta3 continuously and has a continuous and good adhesion-resisting effect, and due to the membrane shape, the controlled-release tissue engineering membrane carrying TGF-beta3 is wide and flexible in application range and can achieve a good treatment effect when used for resisting adhesion in the department of orthopedics.
