Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite microsphere with a dual-layer spherical structure. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps: firstly, preparing a continuous phase of an organic solution; secondly, preparing a main component; thirdly, preparing a dispersed phase; fourthly, stirring and forming; fifthly, cleaning and setting; sixthly, refrigerating and drying, thus obtaining the composite microsphere with the dual-layer spherical structure. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that by use of a technical method, the composite microsphere with three components or more can be produced; in addition, a preparation technique is simple, technological conditions are not harsh, implementation conditions are mild, production and operation are easily realized, and popularization and application are facilitated. According to the special composite microsphere with the dual-layer spherical structure, prepared by the technical method disclosed by the invention, an inner layer is provided with a cavity; in addition, an outer-layer structure is compact; interfaces of all phases in the microsphere are strongly bonded, and mechanical strength of a microsphere material is good. The composite microsphere has a broad application prospect in the aspects of transmission of medicines and bioactive molecules, bone tissue repair materials as well as microcarriers of cell growth factors in cell engineering.
