Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of biocompatible aligned carbon nanotube array reinforced composite epoxy resin, belonging to the field of biomedical materials. The aligned carbon nanotube array reinforced composite epoxy resin is prepared by virtue of a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique, a radiation crosslinking technique and a freezing-unfreezing method. By permeating macromolecule sol into a carbon nanotube preform, the problems that the carbon nanotube and a polymer are agglomerated and entangled in a compositing process are solved, the interfacial strength between anenhanced phase and a matrix phase is enhanced, and the excellent mechanical and electrical properties of the carbon nanotube are adequately exerted. The composite epoxy resin is prepared by virtue ofa physical crosslinking method, does not contain any chemical additive and can meet the requirement on biocompatibility. The length and direction of the enhanced phase of the carbon nanotube array ofthe prepared composite epoxy resin are controllable, the comprehensive mechanical and electrical properties are obviously superior to traditional epoxy resin, and the prepared composite epoxy resin is suitable for being applied to the biomedical fields of artificial cartilago articularis, tissue engineering scaffolds, nerve cell carriers, bionic implantation electrode material and the like.
