Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a collagen membrane and the collagen membrane thereof, which belongs to the biology field. The collagen membrane has the compact performance and appropriate degradability, and can effectively protect an acellular dermal matrix layer and avoid wound infection. The membrane comparison overcomes the defects of rarefaction and improper usage as a protection layer for the corium layer of tissue engineering skin in prior art. The preparation method of the collagen membrane comprises the following steps: preparing a collagen solution, wherein pH value of the collagen solution is 68-; gelling the collagen solution to obtain collagen block; concussing and crosslinking the collagen block under effect of a cross-linking agent, and then cleaning; and pressing the cleaned collagen block to obtain the collagen membrane.
