The collagen fibers prepared byvirtue of the preparation method are not subjected to any chemical cross-linking treatment and are I-type collagen fibers, collagen has good nutrition and restoration functions and is capable of effectively restoring damaged cells of a wound in a decomposition absorption process after being implanted into a human body, and tissues at the wound can be restored to a pre-operation state as far as possible. The collagen fibers can be applied to skin suture or plastic surgery wound flatting and scars are not remained.
