Through a test, the prepared chitosan fiber is in a nano scale, the diameter of the prepared chitosan nanofiber is 15-40 nanometers, and the length of the prepared chitosan nanofiber is 200-1,000 nanometers; thechitosan nanofiber can be evenly dispersed in water and ethyl alcohol for a long time, agglomeration hardly occurs, it is tested that the zeta of a prepared chitosan nanofiber suspension solution is 34-41 mV, after the prepared chitosan nanofiber suspension solution is placed for two months, the zeta potential of the prepared chitosan nanofiber suspension solution still reaches 32-36 mV, and it isexpressed that the stability is good. The method is easy to implement, mild in condition, environmentally friendly, safe and low in cost, provides convenience for industrial production and has wide application prospects in the fields of biomedicine application, biosensors, adsorbents, tissue engineering, membrane materials and new energy materials.
