Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a cellulose nano-fiber/polyvinyl alcohol resin composite membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing nano celluloses; (2) preparing a nano cellulose membrane; (3) preparing a nano cellulose/polyvinyl alcohol composite membrane. The preparation method has the advantages that the diameters of the extracted nano celluloses are mainly distributed between 30nmm and 100nm, the length-diameter ratio is 1000-4000, and the nano celluloses are intertwined together to form a mesh tangled structure. The tensile strength is up to 101.79MPa, and the elastic modulus is up to 5741MPa. When the thickness of the nano cellulose membrane is 0.03mm, the chemical properties are the best, so that the elastic modulus of the polyvinyl alcohol can be improved by 200%. The preparation method is rich in raw material, low in cost and wide in application field, the prepared nano cellulose membrane not only has excellent comprehensive performance but also has an excellent enhancement effect on the polyvinyl alcohol, so that the polyvinyl alcohol can obtain more potential applications in the fields of packaging materials, tissue engineering materials, filter membrane materials and the like.
